TCS was founded in 2004 in Aberdeen UK as a specialist supplier of Training, Coaching and People Development to the UK Oil & Gas Industry & International Markets.
Through our 15 years of Trading, TCS have performed long-term Training and Development programmes for Leading Operators, Drilling Contractors and various businesses in the Supply Chain both in the UK and Internationally and has developed a niche capability in developing the local workforce in emerging nations.
Competence Support has always played a key part in the TCS range of services with full support provided to clients from Assessor & Verifier Training, Competence System Design & Development, Competence System Auditing & Competence Coaching.
